  1. I am keeping your advice in my heart, “small steps”. Sometimes that’s all I can do anyway. Today it poured, it’s now just letting up and I took refuge in a cafe. Only 78 km to go, or about 47 miles. Not far in my car but a long way and a lot of small steps by foot. If it rain again this afternoon I may take a taxi to catch up to my back pack which has my Cpap. I am sending it a head and carrying what I need during the daily walk. A lot of pilgrims are doing that since it only cost 3 euros. The wifi is hit or miss but people tell me it gets better as we approach Santiago. I slept in a hostel in a village with a population of only 40. The cafe and hostel brought in a lot of money. We are walking through farm land, the aroma is some times hard to take. People work very hard in these places and yet most are friendly and helpful. It stopped raining so I must get going. Buen Camino

  2. Hi Frank,
I’m sure that there has been ups and downs at times . Just keep in mind that the Lord will provide you with the needed strength to overcome all adversities. I agree, just take small steps, you’ll get there . We will continue to pray for you . So far , everything is good stateside . Please be careful . Love
